Where can I charge an electric car in Rwanda?
Most owners charge overnight at home from a normal socket or a wall-box charger, and public fast chargers are expanding across Kigali. A full home charge costs a fraction of an equivalent tank of petrol.
What is the real range of an EV on Rwanda's roads?
Modern EVs cover roughly 300–480 km on a charge. Kigali's hills use a little more energy climbing, but regenerative braking recovers much of it on the way down — far more than a typical week of driving needs.
